General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale
1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the online sale of products offered through the website www.branetstudio.com, owned by Susanna Gallart, with registered address at Calle Numancia 131 Barcelona and NIF 47965656F.
Accessing, browsing and purchasing products on this site implies full acceptance of these conditions.
2. Products
BRANET sells the products listed in its online catalog, leather handbags, ensuring that descriptions, prices and features are as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Since BRANET bags are handcrafted in a workshop using natural leather, slight variations in shape, size, color, texture, and grain, as well as natural markings, may occur. These differences are inherent to the artisanal process and the use of natural materials, making each piece unique. They do not constitute defects or grounds for return.
3. Prices and payment methods
All prices shown on the website include current VAT and are expressed in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Payment for orders can be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, Bizum, PayPal or other methods indicated during the purchase process.
The order will be considered confirmed once payment has been received.
4. Shipping and delivery times
Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer within an estimated 24 to 72 business hours, depending on availability and delivery area.
In case of delay or incident in delivery, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
No shipments will be made on weekends or national or local holidays.
5. Returns Policy
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been used and is kept in perfect condition, with its original packaging and elements.
To request a refund, the customer must notify us by email at hello@branetstudio.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
Once the product has been received and verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days.
BRANET bags are handcrafted in a traditional workshop using genuine leather. Therefore, they may exhibit slight variations in shape, size, color, texture, or natural markings. These characteristics are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects or valid reasons for return.
In the case of genuinely defective products or shipping errors, BRANET will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for these costs.
6. Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of a stock shortage, the customer will be informed and may choose to wait, exchange the product, or request a refund.
7. Responsibility
BRANET is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products or errors in the data provided by the customer during the purchase process.
8. Data protection
The customer's personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, for the purpose of managing orders, payments and shipments, as well as improving the customer experience.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute relating to its interpretation or execution will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, unless otherwise provided by consumer regulations.
